Happy Thursday!
Today I offer a smorgasbord of different creators and channels that I enjoy watching when I want to enrich my mind. I figured it would be good to offer more quality content after last month’s round-up of whimsical websites. Sometimes the internet feels like a slop-filled pit and it’s good to find the stuff that feels like it’s adding something to your brain rather than taking away from it. (Not that I’m opposed to some delicious brainrot, as you know). Subscribe to the Yapper tier for the full list.
Enjoy and have a great weekend!

Death to Stock
Death to Stock is an alternative stock photo service, but it also produces some of the most astute visual trend predictions I’ve encountered online. They have an impressive roster of creators who break down cultural and lifestyle trends, such as “nu prepper,” “naive design” and “sillymaxxing.” Before I followed DTS, I watched Agus Panzoni, who is the head of culture strategy for the brand, quite a bit. I definitely think it’s a helpful resource, not just for marketers or people who work in consumer-facing roles, but also for people generally interested in where the zeitgeist is heading. There is a reasoning behind the visuals you see online, in ads, and in the world. The creators behind DTS help bring those abstract ideas into focus.
